David Hadden - President
David is the President and founder of Hadden Landscaping, Inc.  He started the company in 1979, shortly after graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Landscape Architecture.  Today the company is one of the largest privately owned landscape companies in the metroplex with offices in Ft. Worth and Plano.

Mike Bratton - General Manager
Mike is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Agricultural Sciences.  He has over 26 years experience in the industry and holds Texas licenses in irrigation and with TDA.  His knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and sales for both maintenance and installation, as well as an extensive background in all areas of operations and supervision make him a valuable administrator for our company.

Robert MacGlaflin - Maintenance Sales
With the personal qualities of discipline and commitment to service derived from his service in the United States Navy combined with his years of experience in the landscape industry, Robert brings a strong work ethic and unique abilities to our sales staff. Robert is adept at listening to the client’s desires and incorporating those with the needs of the site based on its condition and unique features. Because of his previous work experiences in the production side of landscape maintenance, our clients respect and trust his opinions and the recommendations he makes for the care of their properties. Robert’s sales successes are buoyed by his strong production background, his engaging personality and his desire to serve the client.

DeVille Hubbard - Maintenance Manager
DeVille is a Michigan State graduate with a B.S. degree in the College of Agriculture. In 1980 he began his tenure in the DFW Metroplex and has worked providing landscape maintenance and irrigation services in both the private and public sectors since that time. DeVille’s experience with water conservation, perennials, native plants and Integrated Pest Management serves to enhance his commitment to uncompromised service and customer satisfaction.

Mark McCormack - Account Manager
Mark brings to our company over 20 years of experience in the green industry with the primary focus being in landscape maintenance. In addition to his technical skills, Mark is a very gifted manager and a strong communicator. Having previous experience in upper management, Mark understands the needs of our maintenance clients and is proficient at proactively addressing their needs on a daily basis. Our clients appreciate Mark’s knowledge, attention to detail, and his ability to maintain their properties in pristine condition while keeping them informed.

Wesley Boren - Account Manager
With an Agriculture degree from Tarleton State University and over 17 years of landscape industry experience behind him, Wesley is capable of handling most any issue that arises on our accounts. Wesley has a strong background in turf, tree, and ornamental care and therefore manages the fertilization as well as the insect, disease, and weed control for our company.

Robin Mercer - Account Manager
Robin has a business degree from Texas Christian University and over twenty years experience in the landscape industry. He manages our Ft. Worth office and serves as account manager for clients in Tarrant and Denton counties. His horticultural knowledge and strong commitment to service are assets appreciated by the company and the clients he serves.

Rex Robertson - Account Manger
During his 20 plus years in the landscape industry Rex has been involved in retail plant sales, landscape installation, landscape maintenance, chemical sales, as well as irrigation installation & repair. With his broad base of green industry knowledge combined with his having irrigation and chemical applicator licenses, Rex is amply qualified to represent our company as the account manger for our landscape maintenance clients. Rex’s work ethic, honesty, and high performance standards are appreciated by the clients with whom he works.

Tony Snow - Account Manager
Tony’s experience in the green industry began in college as he worked toward his degree at the University of Texas @ Arlington. His education and eight years of experience in landscape contracting along with the horticultural knowledge he gained while working in wholesale plant sales makes him a valuable resource within our company. His attention to detail and quality combined with his desire for excellence are evidenced in the numerous properties he manages for our maintenance division.

Mark Abington - Installation Manger
In addition to his Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas and 27 years of green industry experience, Mark brings significant hardscape construction experience to our company. As a contract administrator he has coordinated and managed the construction of fountains, pools, flat work, signage, lighting, and retaining walls on commercial properties as well as large residential estates. Mark’s attention to hardscape detail and his ability to bring the landscape architects vision to fruition in the field helps to enhance the diverse service offerings we make available to our many clients.

Jason Cunningham - Installation Manager
Soon after attaining his marketing degree from West Texas A&M in 1997, Jason entered the landscape industry with a position in landscape sales. He later gained valuable production experience as a landscape production manager.  With valuable experience in both landscape sales & production, Jason serves as the operations manager for our landscape installation division.  His attention to detail and organizational skills enable us to provide quality workmanship on every job while meeting the important deadlines of our clients.

Dale Wheatley - Landscape Sales
Dale is a graduate of The University of Texas and has been involved with the landscape industry for over 15 years. His experience is diverse, as he has experience with production and management in both the maintenance and installation sides of the business. Working with landscape architects, owners, and developers, Dale oversees all facets of landscape development.
